We had the BEST time

We had the BEST time with our guide Kevin on our half day trip. My kids are 11, 9, and 7 and they had more fun than I’ve ever seen them have, and that includes Disneyland!! Kevin is very experienced, so funny, knowledgeable, and was SO incredible with my kids. In addition to riding amazing waves and drops, we saw two bald eagles, a great blue heron, huge fish, and tons of turtles. This was not only an exhilarating trip– it was also so incredibly beautiful. This was definitely the making of a core memory for my kids. We’re hooked and will be back!!

Me and my 3 kids

Me and my 3 kids went on the half day trip with Pete. By the time we arrived we were all alittle apprehensive about rafting on the river. Pete was a great guide and he made the trip fun, my kids got comfortable very quickly and they all had the greatest time ever! Great memories were made and I was so pleased my kids felt comfortable with Pete and trusted him.

Did the 1/2 day Upper Trinity class 3. The kids and I all had a blast! Pete is a GREAT guide. Knows the river well and made sure everyone had fun!! Recommend 6 Rivers to anyone looking for a good time on the water. Thanks Pete!!!

This year, I wanted my husband to have a relaxing day on the river for his Father’s Day gift. He has always wanted to take the kids rafting so it was perfect.
Six Rivers was professional and so easy, no hassle or mess. Simply show up to watch your kids have a blast and leave with the memories.
Yuri was the perfect chill yet attentive guide for our all day adventure with 2 adults and 4 teenagers.
I highly recommend the photo package so you don’t have to worry about taking pics and can just enjoy the scenery. We enjoyed the waterfall, 2 stops to jump off cliffs and healthy lunch break. The kids proved to be thrill seekers and loved it! We are already talking about what run to have them try next.

If you’re still searching, this is it. I can’t recommend 6RR enough. Everyone is so responsive and flexible. It was my first time and Pete was more than helpful in explaining all my questions. We had an emergency last minute as the doggy daycare couldn’t take our 20lb corgi, and Pete and our guide Aden were so accommodating in letting our dog joined the rafting trip! We also ran late due to multiple constructions on the road and were so thankful for their patience. (If you’re coming from Eureka definitely learn my lesson and leave even earlier!)

AWESOME trip! We’ve driven alongside

AWESOME trip! We’ve driven alongside the Trinity on the 299 plenty of times – but this was our first experience actually in the river, and it was incredible! Friendly owner Pete kindly accommodated us on a last minute trip request, and our amazing guide Marissa truly pulled out all the stops to make it an unforgettable experience! My favorite moment? It might have been my thrilling, first-ever cliff jump (or the second one, which was higher and scarier and I had to think about carrots in order to take the plunge – but so rewarding)! Or maybe it was when I alone fell out of the boat before the first class 3 rapid and swam it while Marissa and my new friends cheered me on. It could have been our super scenic snack stop right in the middle of a rapid later in the day! Or perhaps it was simply floating along the gorgeous, azure waters of the Trinity, looking at deer coming down to drink in the shade under the trees and spotting turtles sunning themselves on rocks. Too many favorite memories to choose just one – and all of this in just a half-day trip! It was a magical experience with truly excellent people. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend 🙂

Shea (sorry about the spelling) was fantastic, finding us the most fun paths and generally keeping the 3 teens with us excited as we jumped rocks and pinballed our way down the river. Dinner was delicious and it was all capped with an amazing bald eagle siting right along the river. Definitely recommend the dinner trip for a great way to spend the day.

Amazing two days, we brought

Amazing two days, we brought a genuine challenge to six rivers, 4 men and 9 teenage boys. Grace and Haley were not only patient it went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing time. Haley was our boat guide and is absolutely amazing and second to none. We will absolutely be back and will surely request those amazing Ladies.

Our family had an amazing

Our family had an amazing adventure! Pete and Sara run a top notch rafting service. Their crew of guides created the perfect balance of adventure and safety. We spent the day with KJ as our guide. He is the BEST. He was an incredibly patient and thorough instructor and made everyone in the boat feel like part of the team. He was kind, funny, and a very talented paddler. By the end of our run down the beautiful Trinity river we felt like he was part of our family! We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing trip with Nico. My husband and I rafted with our handicapped daughter. He safely guided down the river while providing an exhilarating thrip for us all. Make sure you get the photos ! They capture the best moments. Totally worth it!

Pascal was a terrific guide

Pascal was a terrific guide on the Pigeon Point run! He told us what the plan was as we approached each rapid as well as what to do if forced into Plan B. He even instructed us which bank to swim to if we got knocked out of the boat. Happily, we all stayed in! Lunch was delicious.
Be sure to get the pictures if possible; they’re a great memento and you’ll be amazed that you paddled through the rapids.

Sophia is a class act

Sophia is a class act pro!!!! She had the patience and sense of humor to put up with our rowdy bunch!! Yet maintained all the safety guidelines and pertinent instructions for us to maneuver the River. I cannot express how impressed I am with her knowledge and capabilities for such a young gal!! Thank you Sophia and Six Rivers Rafting.!!

I literally cannot say enough

I literally cannot say enough amazing things about Six Rivers Rafting or our amazing guide Sophia. She was an absolute blast to be with all day. Sophia was very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job. My daughter fell out of the raft on Hell’s Hole. My heart melted today when I was reviewing our pictures from the drop. There is a picture of Sophia standing looking over the side of the raft making sure my daughter was ok. Our whole family absolutely adored her. Thank you for such an amazing trip and experience! We will be such to spread the word about how amazing you all are!

Due to some unforeseen circumstances,

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, our group had to modify our reservation (more than once). Everyone we spoke to was kind, patient, understanding and more than accommodating. They wanted to make sure that we had an amazing experience, and they did whatever they could to make that happen. Our guide, Grizz, was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, fun, prepared, and interacted well with every single person in our group, from the 8 year old to the 50 year old! We will use Six Rivers every time we come back to this area. This was the best day of our trip! Thanks Six Rivers, and thanks Grizz!!

Of the many rafting trips

Of the many rafting trips our family has experienced all over the country, this is our very favorite to date! Exciting river with over 7 Class III and many Class II elements was thrilling for everyone in the family. The 2 cliff jumps were a real, get outside of your comfort zone, I’ll remember it forever experience. The opportunity to swim multiple rapids (not just swim in flatwater) offered a unique chance to feel the power of the river. Beautiful setting, great water temps, engaged, informative, and awesome guide Will supplied great rafting tips and fantastic jokes and yummy mid river snack made this a day to remember!

This was the BEST rafting

This was the BEST rafting trip we’ve ever done, and we’ve done quite a few on the east coast. Kevin was so fun and made sure we all felt safe. It was my aunts birthday, and everyone made her feel super special. She won’t forget this once in a lifetime trip and either will I. Would recommend 10/10.

What a fantastic fun-filled half

What a fantastic fun-filled half day trip. This past week was extremely hot so an adventure down the Trinity was satisfying and refreshing. Our guide Kevin was a perfect guide. His knowledge of the river and its surroundings added that personal touch. This trip is a 5 out of 5 paddles!!

What an epic 3 day

What an epic 3 day trip. Our guides Kevin and Roe were awesome. The food was great and they made us feel so comfortable. They worked very well together. Both have wonderful stories. We are already planning for our 4 day trip for next year. The whole trip was very personable and you were not made to feel like we were just another group.

I can not express enough

I can not express enough how amazing Six Rivers Rafting Co. was! We booked a trip for 4 adults and 5 nervous kids ages 9-13. Pete was just amazing with the kids. He really helped them become comfortable rafting and making sure they had a wonderful and safe time. (We really cant thank Pete enough for being just so amazing with all the kids!!!!) At the end of the trip all the kids said they wanted to do this again and were ready to try level 4 rapids. lol Our other guide was Cam and he was just as great! He was not only a fun and personable guide but very knowledgeable. The river was amazing but the guides really put it over the top. They really cared about us having a great experience. We hope to come back for another trip!

We can not thank everyone

We can not thank everyone at six rivers for an unforgettable experience rafting down the Trinity river. The hospitality, patience (since we had issues with google maps and ended up coming 20 minutes late) was just remarkable. So professional and friendly. Thanks to Aunika and Raven our guides but a special shout out to our superhero guide Aunika who managed to retrieve a lost go-pro from the bottom of the river.

My family goes rafting with

My family goes rafting with Six Rivers Rafting on the Trinity every year and it is one of the high points of our summer! We look forward to our time on the river with the Six Rivers crew who are highly skilled and always chill folks to spend the day with. Also, the lunch is always amazing (which is not the case for every rafting outfit!). Being out with the Six Rivers crew on the meatier (class 3/4) runs is really where its at though! Their skill for nailing challenging rapids is impressive (I’ve never fallen out of the boat … yet) and you get to see amazing sections of river that most others don’t. I highly recommend the North Fork Smith River run!

To be a part of this adventure was a privilege and a treat for all of us, and our guide, Pascal, provided the perfect blend of safety instruction, information, and humor to attract and retain the interest of all who were on our trip. We had two groups, thus

We had two groups, thus two rafts. Our group ranged in ages 13-75 with different comfort levels with athletics, outdoors, and rivers. Our guides, Nico and Yuri were fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable about rafting and the local area, and Nico shared his knowledge of Chilean rivers with us. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time.

Absolutely the most beautiful fun

Absolutely the most beautiful fun time! My bestie and I did the white water rafting III. Harrison and Pete were so much fun. We laughed so hard. Very educational so we knew exactly what was ahead of us. The lunch was all homemade and delicious. Can’t say enough! I highly, highly recommend using this company. This half day trip exceeded our expectations! It was me and my husband with Raven as our guide. She was a perfect guide. So much knowledge, perfect personality. We are looking forward to coming back.

Went on the half day

Went on the half day trip for a friends 30th birthday and I had so much fun Wiley was our guide and he was such a joy to be around he had loads of info on the river and nature. He made the whole trip safe and fun. I enjoyed how much we got to actually be in the water, jumping off rocks, and feeling the rush of the rapids! The hike to the waterfall and the lunch that was provided was fantastic I don’t know who made the hummus but as a cook by trade that was the best hummus I’ve ever had! I have already suggested this trip to all my friends I know I will be back for sure! Pete and Raven were also guides on the trip and the closeness and camaraderie among the guides really made the trip special! Thank you everyone one for such an amazing day ????

My friend and I had the BEST time our guided rafting trip! Harrison is an excellent guide! We both felt very safe! Harrison kept the conversation going and shared interesting info about the river and its wildlife along the way. We plan to make this an annual trip!

Pete guided me, my 6

Pete guided me, my 6 & 8 year old children, and 80 year old father on the rafting trip of a lifetime! My 6 year old son was scared and whimpering on the first 2 or 3 rapids but was soon LOVING the adrenaline rush from each class 2 or 3 rapid Pete so expertly guided us through. Our 11a-3p rafting trip with 6 Rivers Rafting on the Trinity River was hands-down the best thing we did while visiting Humboldt County. The Trinity is so beautiful and 6 Rivers Rafting takes care of every detail. They even advised me about driving times and traffic. They also always answer their phone. Having my questions answered by an experienced river guide convinced me to try this adventure and I’m so glad I did! Thank you Six Rivers and Pete!

I was really nervous about

I was really nervous about going whitewater rafting for the first time. I kept thinking of the movie River Wild and imagined all sorts of horrific scenarios but as it turned out, I had one of the best times! Our guide was Uri (not sure about the spelling) and he was so personable. He entertained us with jokes and told us facts about the river. I felt we were in good hands and safe. The river was so beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect balance of rapids and having time to take in the wildlife and great conversation. Uri told us we could swim in the calm parts of the river and it was wonderful! We got to jump off two rocks that were quite high. That was quite the rush!!! Lunch was accompanied with an optional hike which our guide told us facts about the area, showed us his favorite tree, wildlife and led us to two refreshing waterfalls. I’m planning on coming back soon! Thank you soooooooo much for a wonderful day and a wonderful memory.

I booked a full-day Pigeon

I booked a full-day Pigeon Point rafting trip for 4 on Fri the 13th 🙂 Pete made the booking process a breeze over the phone. Thanks Pete!
When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles by Kevin our guide.
We signed our waivers & were directed to our safety gear for fitting. We met upcoming guides April & Griffin who planned to follow us out for the day. After a safety briefing, we boarded our rafts & headed out on the Trinity River on site. The weather was cool & windy, but the river was beautiful. We saw loads of wildlife along the way. We told stories & learned how adventurous our guides were on & off the water. They made our trip amazing. We hiked to a beautiful hidden waterfall & ate a delicious lunch on the side of the river. The homemade salsa was the bomb! We enjoyed mellow drifts followed by hair-raising adventures.
We would like to thank Sara for the AWESOME pics of our out-of-raft experience! She also was working the counter on their store before & after our trip.
Kevin- what can we say? We had a great trip because of your expertise, sense of humor, and attention to safety. You obviously know what you’re doing & we can’t thank you enough for a memorable experience. We will talk about this trip for years to come.

Pete & Sara made it easy for my group of 12 friends to set up a private multi-day trip down the Eel River. We had an absolutely fabulous time, enjoying the rapids under the care of expert guides. The food was fresh and healthy and delicious! Six Rivers loaned us gear we needed. The itinerary was tailored to suit our interests. I am sure we will be booing more trips with Six Rivers.

What a blast!! We took

What a blast!! We took a half day trip which was jam packed with adventure. A very hot day made jumping in the river, from the boat, and from some 10 and 20 ft rocks great fun. We saw incredible wild life, a few minks and bald eagles to name a few. Haley was the best guide, extremely knowledgeable, caring and encouraging. Six Rivers is a must on your list to do while in N Cali! Harrison was a fun & entertaining guide. The. River was exciting, kept you working – seeing animals along the way, 2 cliff jumps, hiking to waterfalls & a delicious lunch completed our all day adventure. My family decided to do

My family decided to do the Half Day Class lll+ Whitewater Trip and boy was it the BEST decision. Our incredible guide, Pete, was on point from the start. He was honest, knowledgeable, encouraging, and funny. He made sure we had opportunities to cliff jump, float the rapids, and experience some awesome runs! Our 9- and 10-year-old boys loved his jokes and the homemade salsa! Whitewater rafting has been the highlight of our 16-day roadtrip! We had an amazing day

We had an amazing day on the Trinity River with Te’amo! I had so much fun, I came back 3-weeks later and had an equally great experience. Our group loved our river guide, and the whole package. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking at rafting for the first time out. On a scale of 1-Wiley, Wiley of course being top notch (10 out of 10), Te’amo was like an 8.5. Can’t wait to come back next season. Thank you so much Six Rivers for the great experience all around!

Six Rivers was amazing.

Six Rivers was amazing. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience on a full day Class III trip. Maya was phenomenal as a guide. Even with a large mixed group she keep us organized, having fun, informed, while she maintained laughter and professionalism. She has a calming presents with an amazing history guiding and teaching all over the world. Griffin was also guiding in our group and I had the opportunity to hear him and others (I cannot remember all the guides names) in our trip teach safety, keep us informed of what was upcoming, while creating lasting memories. Cliff diving, beautiful hike, great food, with adventure at every turn. Food was great.

Had family in town to visit and I wanted to take them somewhere special. This raft trip was perfect. They do everything the river has to offer: splashy rapids, nice hike to a waterfall, jump off rocks, swim rapids and a really sweet lunch with homemade food. You instantly feel like you are going down the river with your new best friends. I can’t wait to do this again.

First and foremost, they appreciate your business. They are alllll about you, your safety, the community and the river environment. I appreciate that they are locals to the area and very knowledgeable about the available runs and their hazards. We have both rafted on guided trips with this company (ask for Tiamo!), but we’ve also rented equipment. They are affordable, very friendly, flexible and accommodating, not at all like their Willow Creek “competitor”. We also appreciate how versatile they are with offering dinner raft trips (date night!), moonlight trips, overnight trips and rentals. They are goooood people with superior business practices. Top notch! Highly recommend.

Incredible trip. We took four inflatable kayaks and two rafts for 8 people and had a blast. The kayaks were definitely more exciting and a challenge. Yuri and TeAmo were our guides and they were both exceptionally friendly and professional. For $75 a person it was well worth the money. They provided granola bars, drinking water, wetsuits, water shoes and water jackets for all 8 people. You literally just had to show up. Would definitely recommend and will do it again if we are in the area. We went 6/6/19 and the water was at 4,000 cubic feet per second and the rapids were great. 5-6 class 3 rapids and 5-6 class two so there was a good mix for people of all skill levels. The whole trip took about 5 hours from parking to back in the car. The water was cold, but with wetsuits and jackets it was perfect and very comfortable.

Heather said it best with her one-word description “Epic”. The food was delicious, the scenery was amazing, the guides were the best part! Roe and Kevin were amazing awesome badass people and guides! They worked fluidly together and answered all my questions with thought and care (even when Kevin might have slightly exaggerated his version of the truth 😉)

I had a wonderful time and am planning on attending more multi-day trips and taking their swift water rescue course.

Dave and I had such

Dave and I had such a great time on the rafting trip. Better than we expected!! Harrison was a great guide even though he kept telling us it was his first trip down the river…..hahaha. We enjoyed the mix of jumping off the cliffs, hiking to the falls and riding down the rapids on our backs. (by choice) We will definitely bring friends and family on another trip with 6 rivers. Oh, and our lab dog, Moe, loved the trip as well!!

We just did 2 day trips with 6 Rivers Rafting, on the Upper and Lower Trinity with 2 teenagers. It was a blast. Our guide Marissa was fabulous, stopping at jumping rocks, finding beautiful swimming spots, fixing a great lunch and teaching us how to navigate different types of rapids. Well worth doing both legs of the Trinity if you have the time. Such a gorgeous river! Definitely will be coming back!

Wow. Six Rivers Rafting

Wow. Six Rivers Rafting is THE company to book your white water rafting trip with in Northern California. The Trinity River is gorgeous and Pete—the owner—knows his business well! He was our guide on a 1/2 day rafting trip—we wish it could’ve been full day because it was a highlight of our vacation! Pete’s enthusiasm and love for this sport shines and makes your experience that much better. Never once did I feel worried or anxious about any whitewater, rather just excited to enjoy it! Pete is extremely knowledgeable about the river and every segment of rapids —and skillfully directed our crew of 5 adults with ease. It was SO much fun! We loved the rapids, the cliff jumps and the jumping off the raft to ride down the river. We couldn’t believe in the middle of this trip when Pete paddled us over to land, rolled out a table and set up a delicious and beautiful snack of homegrown tomatoes, and homemade salsa and hummus! Delicious AND FUN! Thank you so much Six Rivers and Pete! Best WWR experience ever!

My fiancee, Jennie, my son

My fiancee, Jennie, my son Joe and his fiancee Alaina spent an amazing afternoon on the water with Jo as our guide. It was my first time rafting though when I was a kid I regularly inner tubed down the Sacramento up near Dunsmuir, my home town. I turn 70 in 3 months and I must say that our trip down the Trinity with Jo was exhilarating! She talked me into donning a wet suit, and I’m glad she did because we got wet crashing through Sailor’s bar and snaking our way through the Pinball. Jo is the best. Jennie and Alaina are white water veterans and they both agreed that this trip is first rate. Jennie wants to go again later this year. What a day we had!
