Contact us directly at 707-599-4221 to discover the best trip for your group depending on the range of experience and to make a reservation.

Group trips require a 20% nonrefundable deposit received shortly after booking your trip. A confirmed guest count must be received at least one week in advance of the trip, also when the balance is due. This policy helps us cover the costs associated with the advanced preparation required for this type of trip and the loss of possible business if the group trip is cancelled and other potential costumers were turned away due to the group trip’s reservation hold.

Discounted School & Youth Trips

As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship and community development, we offer discounted trips for youth groups and schools. We believe that the single most important thing we can do for our environment is to get youth outdoors and in nature. School trips are an excellent opportunity for students to practice team building skills, get exercise, learn about ecology, and most of all, have an unforgettable and often life changing experience.

We can offer single day trips for children 7 and older and overnight trips for children 12 and older, with group sizes ranging from 15 to 75. The best times of the year for youth trips tends to be late spring, all summer, and early fall.

Depending on the size of the group, adult chaperones may be required (usually one for every 5 kids on multi day trips). Each participant under 18 will need to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Our school discounts range from 10- 20% from the from the commercial rates, depending on the size of your group and the type of trip. All trips include gear and transportation to the river site. Overnight excursions include meals and equipment, minus sleeping bags, mats, and tents (though we are usually able to provide those for some members of your group).

If you are an activities coordinator, please feel free to contact us early in advance to begin making trip arrangements. We can be reached at 707-599-4221 or at
