We are hosting a Farm to Table style dinner cruise (on rafts) on the lower Trinity River on the full moon of July 3rd, 2012. The trip will meet at Six Rivers Rafting in Willow Creek (below Cinnabar Sams) at dusk. We will raft into the sunset and stop at a private beach for a dinner of fresh wild caught salmon cooked in the traditional way with hot cedar planks, locally grown and organic side dishes, chocolate flowerless tort with fresh seasonal fruit, and local wine samples.
